Keep these items stocked in your freezer
to make GFCF easier!
Bacon - Applegate Farms
Bean dishes – both family-sized and single-serve
Bread - (for the days you don’t have time to make more)
Cake - family-sized GFCF for Mom’s birthday (Face it…nobody
else will make it for you!)
Cake - Pieces of in individual serving dishes
Cheese – shred a bunch and freeze little bits in individual
snack-size baggies
Cookies – a variety of types
Cookie Dough
Cornbread – serving-sized packages
Cupcakes, cupcakes, cupcakes
Enchiladas -Amy’s Black Bean
Flour – all the kinds you use often – and Xanthan
gum
Fudge - GFCF and/or other desserts
Ground Beef - Nature’s Promise (Tip – roll it out
into very flat patties and freeze them in plastic baggies. This makes it very
quick and easy to thaw.)
Hot Dogs -Nature’s Promise
Ice cream GFCF
Meatloaf - GFCF (make 2, freeze 1)
Meats - frozen in marinade
Meat - Sloppy Joe
Muffins
Pancakes – single-serve packages
Pasta - Sauce
Pasta and Sauce Single-serve sized combined (sauce on the bottom
so it flips out right)
Peppers and Onions - Pre-chopped for faster meal prep
Pizza - Ian’s GFCF French bread
Pizza - Spinach - Amy’s GFCF
Popsicle - Fruit s (GFCF commercial or homemade), smoothie
pops, other frozen treats
Stir Fry - Amy’s Asian Noodle
Soups Homemade – family-size amounts and single-serving
dishes (make extra to freeze)
Soup Broth - and/or meat to use to make quickly
Rice – if you end up with too much, freeze in family-size
or single-serve dishes
Rolls – several types
Waffles - Ian’s GFCF (not all are!)
TIP: Pyrex glass containers with lids make wonderful storage containers. (Flat
2-4 cup sized stack well.)
