Barbequed Hamburger (from Mennonite Community Cookbook) – We received this as a post-baby meal. It’s a not-too sloppy, but super yummy “sloppy joe”. Also great as a thermos filler for school lunches and freezes well.

2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup Heinz or other GFCF ketchup
3 Tablespoon brown sugar
3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
3 teaspoons French’s classic yellow or other GFCF prepared mustard
1 ½ teaspoon Giant or other GF Worcestershire sauce
1 t salt
Garlic to taste, optional

Fry ground beef and onion. Add other ingredients. Simmer about 20 minutes and serve with hamburger rolls.
