Cool
Fruits Freezer Pops • Thanks to Sylvia at the Camp Hill Giant for
this tip. New frozen product called "Cool Fruits". They come dry,
and you just pop 'em in the freezer, and they become a natural version of the
"freezer pops". They are 99% fruit juice, and come in two flavors:
Grape and Cherry. The allergy information on the box states this: "Made
in a facility that processes dairy, peanuts, tree nuts and soy. Cool Fruits
Freezer Pops are produced on dedicated equipment that does not process the following:
dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, gluten or soy." The bullet points on the box:
• All Natural - No artificial flavors, colors or preservatives
• No added sugars
• Fat free
• Does not contain peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, wheat or gluten!
• Suitable for Diabetics
• Vegan
• No sodium.
They are smallish in size. The nutritional information is for 3 pops, (there
should be about 15 in a box) and shows 70 calories. Of course all of the calories
are from carbohydrate, because it is, what it is: fruit juice! Cool Fruit site

Betty Crocker Gluten Free Desert Mixes – They can be found on Betty Crocker’s website at: http://www.bettycrocker.com/products/gluten-free. Wegman’s and Weis both supposedly carry them. They have yellow cake, devils food cake, brownies and chocolate chip cookies! According to sources (I haven’t confirmed this personally) the cake and brownies are GFCF, but the cookies are not…so double check your labels.) No butter directions are available on the website above.
Chex Mixes• Chex cereals have made their Rice Chex and Corn Chex gluten free and added flavors like honey nut, chocolate, strawberry and cinnamon to the shelves. Chex Mix site --> http://glutenfreepost.com/?p=909
